But, of late, Konkan is coming up on a national map as a ‘Second Home Buying Destination’ and thousands of buyers from Thane, Mumbai and Pune have been queuing up to enquire and buy ‘Village Homes’ or ‘Second Homes’ in Konkan.

To meet the increasing demand from buyers, Konkan’s first ever ‘Village Homes’ properties were introduced to buyers at ‘Konkan Estate’ Exhibition concluded at Thane.
