The Avant Heritage complex is among the first in Mumbai where sub-1 crore homes have their own dedicated gym, swimming pool, club house, pool side café, children’s play area and more in a dedicated effort towards enabling middle class masses getting access to luxury lifestyle.

The apartments which are among the first few RERA approved projects to be handed over for fitouts to the buyers have received an overwhelming response from the market due to its great planning and the lifestyle it offers the residents.

This is also the first building in Jogeshwari to have received the Green Building Certification.

This occasion was marked by the presence of Honorable Minister of State Shri Ravinder Vaikar and several leading corporators from Shiv Sena as well.

On this occasion, Shri Ravindra Vaikar congratulated the monumental effort of fulfilling commitments made to customers and home owners by the Avant Group led by Mr. Sudeep Saha, Managing Director of Avant Group.

Shri Ravindra Vaikar also congratulated Mr. Sudeep Saha as he handed over the keys of the apartments to the beaming rehabilitated slum dwellers who will now have access to better living standards and better facilities.
